Boyfriend's baggage

Q: The longer I'm with my boyfriend, the more baggage I discover he has. It seems I have become more of a therapist to him than a partner. Should I leave this guy?

A: Yes.

Date the roommate?

Q: My girlfriend's roommate is absolutely beautiful, and I am sure we could get together whenever I suggest it. I love my girlfriend, how can I handle this?
RR, Rome, NY

A: Forget the roommate. Making a move would send a bad message to her and wreck your relationship with your girlfriend. If you break-up with your current girlfriend due to some other unrelated reason in the future, however, plot a strategy and go for it (and suggest she move away from your ex while you are at it).
